What if my package doesn’t arrive at the hotel?

If your package is not at your hotel upon arrival, call Customer Service at 1-866-56-CARRY and we will track your package. If it’s delayed for any reason, you will be reimbursed for any necessary toiletries that must be purchased until your package arrives. See our Terms and Conditions for specific rules about reimbursement.
Remember! It’s best to keep one change of clothing and critical medications with you in case shipment is delayed.
