US DOT: Passenger Complaints Doubled
Wednesday November 14, 2007 - The USDOT year to date through September 2007 has logged 8,612 passenger complaints, up 70% for the same period last year. The complaints were primarily about delayed and canceled flights, lost luggage and bad customer service. For the reporting period of July and August 2007 (heavy travel months) the level of complaints doubled from a year earlier.
